Rate Information
* Rates are based on number of bedrooms required during your stay. We only rent to one party (family) at a time. This rate structure allows us to keep our rates low for smaller parties that do not require all the bedrooms.
* Sofa beds included in weekly 5 bedroom rate
* Check-In Time 5:00PM Check-Out Time: 11:00AM
* Early Check-in/Late Check-out Fee: $20.00/ per hour
* Rates do not incude cleaning fees and 10% North Carolina tax. Prices subject to change.
Minimum Stay Requirements
* We have a 5 night minimum stay during the peak season months of June, July and August (however, check our calendar as we may be able to accommodate shorter stays for last minute get-aways).
* Leaf Season (October) 4 night minimum stay
* 2-night minimum throughout the year except for High Season, Leaf Season and Holidays
* Sorry no single night reservations offered
